Due to the four-day weekend over Christmas and Boxing Day some pending debit card transactions dropped off people’s accounts before payments were processed. This may have caused some account balances to look higher than expected. The transactions were then completed the following day, correcting the account balance. We apologise for any confusion this has caused.
