Investigating - We are aware that users are unable to see their transactions from today in Westpac One via the app and the browser. However, the correct balance should be showing.

At this stage any new transactions posted will be visable, however old transaction are still not available.

We apologise for the inconvenience. ‚ÄčTechnical teams are engaged and trying to restore earlier transactions.

Investigating - Some customers are experiencing difficulty logging on to the desktop version of Westpac One. Apologies for any inconvenience, our tech teams are working on this.

In the meantime, click the 'Log back in' button at the bottom of the error message to be taken to a working log-in screen.
